If you have been falsely reported due to a campaign, please contact us immediately. We will provide the following support:
Direct assistance from a professional team to quickly assess and negotiate with the platform
Help clarify the situation with the police, banks, or other institutions involved
Provide supporting documents, including campaign agreements, company statements, and
lawyer letters to clarify and dismiss the allegations
Offer follow-up support to assist with account recovery and platform communications
We screen merchants to ensure that future clients understand and comply with campaign
goals
If a merchant maliciously files a report, we will terminate cooperation immediately
